XI was organising 3 conference events, when a colleague who had been lucky enough to see Pete present before told me all about him. The conferences centred on the delivery of great customer service, with a heavy focus being on changing behavior, winning hearts and minds, and encouraging people to embrace change. Pete therefore seemed to be the ideal choice, and we definitely weren’t disappointed. Pete ran a session for each conference and was an extremely engaging speaker. He really did create a light bulb moment for so many people in the audience, and made them take a look at themselves and examine their own behavior and contributions. Our feedback forms produced loads of positive responses with the sessions being described as ‘inspirational’, ‘motivational’, ‘thought-provoking’ and ‘amazing’! XEver since I joined Champions nearly eleven years ago they have been sorting my life out for me in one way or another. They are my managers in every sense of the word. The wonderful thing is that I know I am in safe hands and it is like being part of an extended family. They are all hard working but always cheerful and ready to help and prepared to tackle anything.
