To pair airline Jet2 with up the perfect celebrity for the second round of their Through the Keyhole campaign. The campaign was to raise awareness of Jet2’s second year of selling villa holidays and the benefits of a package holiday by touring a luxury villa, leaving the public to decide which mystery celeb was staying there by leaving a number of hints.
Launching into the spotlight with Channel 4’s BAFTA winning show, Gogglebox, cheeky Geordie, Scarlett Moffatt, was a great choice to lead this family friendly campaign.
As part of the collaboration, the star flew out to Majorca where she took part in numerous videos as the mystery guest for the Through the Keyhole campaign. With her very busy diary of co-hosting Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, winning I’m a Celebrity Get… Me Out of Here! and authoring her autobiography, we were able to leave plenty of clues for the public to guess her identity. If people guessed correctly, they would then be entered into a draw where they would be in with a chance of winning a holiday for four courtesy of Jet2 Villa Holidays.
A series of five videos were posted on Jet2’s Facebook page over three days with top hints before the big reveal video. Due to Scarlett’s involvement, Jet2 received a combined number of an impressive 170K views on the videos, giving the brand a clear boost and increased interaction on their social platforms as well as raising awareness of Jet2 villa holidays.
