To raise the profile of whisky brand Glenmorangie within the sporting world. To help them further their reach within the sporting community they required an ambassador who embodied the qualities of sportsmanship, tradition and integrity.

We secured the brand with two-time Major winner and four-time European Ryder Cup Captain, Tony Jacklin CBE, who undertook a wide range of activities, leveraging his high profile with Glenmorangie’s target audience. 

Tony played a central role in an exclusive evening of Open golf talk, hosted a series of corporate hospitality lunches at St Andrews during the Open Championship, offered unique insights into the tournament as the special guest at dinners held by Glenmorangie and fulfilled a range of other media requests.

Glenmorangie benefitted from this successful collaboration in a number of ways, not least through a raised profile, brand association and successfully positioning themselves as the recognisable ‘Spirit of The Open Golf Championship’.
