Boyzlife & Jet2
Brief:
To provide famous faces for popular airline, Jet2 who were engaging with an ongoing campaign to promote their international holidays.
Delivery:
This campaign involved getting two celebrities to star in a comedic recreation of Jet2’s adverts. With this in mind we thought that Irish boyband stars, Keith Duffy, and, Brian McFadden, would be perfect for the campaign. The duo, who have recently formed Boyzlife on the back of their success with Westlife and Boyzone, are instantly likeable and their hilarious personalities meant the adverts were a big hit. The pair appeared in six videos in total that were then shared on social media platforms.
Outcome:
Over 110K users viewed the videos on Jet2’s Facebook and Twitter, and as well as this, Brian shared the videos on his personal Twitter account to over 340K users. This gave Jet2 access to a significant audience, providing the campaign with a real boost.
