Ryan Sidebottom speaks on behalf of TSB during radio day

Leading retail and commercial bank, TSB, conducted research which found that Brits are more likely to donate to major charities than to small local charities. They also discovered that lack of money to donate, no awareness of local charities and more trust in larger organisations are all contributing factors to this issue.

Former England cricketer, Ryan Sidebottom, who is currently preparing to hit the ice in 2019’s Dancing on Ice, was the celebrity spokesperson for TSB. During a radio day organised by the bank, he helped to highlight the crucial work local charities do.

Broadcast to listeners, Ryan also explained what can be done to raise awareness of local charities including gigs and sponsored walks. On the day, Ryan was also joined by Head of Community at TSB, Bola Gibson.
