Kriss Akabusi appears on Celebrity Juice

Champions Celebrity client and former athletics world champion Kriss Akabusi appeared on popular comedy panel show Celebrity Juice last night.

Airing on ITV 2 he appeared on celebrity chef Gino D’acampo’s team alongside comedian Jimmy Carr and his fellow Bigheads commentator Jenny Powell. The other team was captained by Holly Willoughby and included television presenter Paddy McGuinness and singers Brad Simpson and Connor Ball from The Vamps’. The show was hosted as usual by comedian Keith Lemon but this week regular panellist Fearne Cotton helped out with hosting duties as a one off special.

Kriss is best known for his gold medal winning performance in the 4x100m relay event at the 1991 Tokyo World Championships as well as his silver medal at the 1984 Olympics in the same discipline.

Well known for its crazy games and mad capers Kriss’ fantastic sense of humour and humorous personality was perfect for the show.

The episode is available to watch on ITV’s catch-up service ITV Hub and Kriss is back in his role as commentator on gameshow Bigheads this Sunday at 9pm.
