Jo Pavey MBE takes to Facebook to raise awareness for Active Against Asthma

Jo Pavey MBE is a long-distance runner who represents Team GB and has medalled at World and European Championships as well as numerous Commonwealth Games. She also suffers from asthma.

She recently teamed up with Active Against Asthma (AAA) and conducted a Facebook Live Q&A. Over on AAA’s platform, Jo answered questions which highlighted her own experiences with asthma and how exercise has helped improve her asthma symptoms.
