For the fourth year running Graham has been brought on board as the show’s Performance Director where he will guide the celebrities through the show, and teach them the arts of endurance and skill.

The show’s official start date is yet to be announced, but the all-star line-up to be nurtured by Graham has recently been released. Famous faces to look out for on the show include Sir Bradley Wiggins, Jade Jones MBE, Kadeena Cox MBE, Gareth Thomas, Jason Robinson OBE, Robbie Fowler, Louis Smith, Lydia Bright, Spencer Matthews, Mark Dolan, Caprice, Emma Parker-Bowles and Josie Gibson.
